Peter has more than 45 years experience within the development and construction industry that includes substantial experience in commercial, residential, industrial, entertainment and retail development. He has managed both development and construction of in excess of 150 projects across all sectors including large residential estates, mixed-use developments, office towers, major health facilities and refurbishments. Peter’s position as General Manager includes managing the approval and design process across all facets of the project with a strong focus on build ability and associated effects on program and quality. He has held positions in the construction industry ranging from Foreman to Project Manager and General Manager spanning development, construction, design and operation capacities. Peter is well respected in the industry for his hands-on approach with clients, consultants, subcontractors and staff. Peter is highly skilled and experienced in achieving positive resolution outcomes to ensure projects are delivered on schedule. He has a proven track record for the management and successful delivery of larger scale projects. Some more notable projects managed by Peter are Victoria Park mixed use development, The Waterfront & One The Waterfront both within the Wentworth Point residential development precinct, Darling Harbour mixed use / heritage project and Sutherland Hospital.
Danny has extensive experience in development and structured finance having previously served Westpac Banking Corporation and Colonial Financial Services prior to founding an award winning, boutique multi-disciplinary financial services and Private Equity firm. He has advised developers and acted on behalf of investors on over AUD $5.0 billion of property project across Australia and the Middle East. He has also undertaken a number of boutique development projects and currently managers a portfolio of over $2.5 Billion in development projects. Danny currently serves on a number boards as non executive director for private and public companies, foreign entities and associations. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Economics, Accounting & Business Law from Macquarie University and a Graduate Diploma in Financial Services from FINSIA.
Bilal, as the founder of PietyTHP, brings a wealth of experience in property development projects. During his twenty five years in property related businesses, he has proved himself by successfully overseeing in excess of $10 billion worth of property development in Australia and around the world. His wide ranging and well respected experience has seen him sought after as a valued consultant to many companies, investors, and development projects all over the world. Not only did he start the first Shariah compliant property developments in Australia, he was also responsible for founding and facilitating Shariah compliant financing in the region and working with one of the major banks in Australia to develop their commercial Shariah offering. Bilal’s great vision and strong leadership, combined with his in-depth knowledge of funds and investments have formed the basis for his consistent success in generating solid returns for his companies and investors. Bilal is also currently the Chairman and Director of one of the largest stone suppliers in Australia - WK Marble Quantum Quartz, and the Director and Board Member of KBW Investments in the United Arab Emirates. Bilal has also been the Vice Chairman and Director of Vinaconex Advanced Compound Stone - an entity listed on the Hanoi Stock Exchange, employing over 3000 people and exporting engineered stone to over 40 countries around the world. Most importantly, Bilal has a strong desire and drive to help those in less fortunate circumstances and has, as part of his ongoing commitment to support those in need, founded a non-profit company - Piety Foundation, which is dedicated to changing the lives of orphans and those living in impoverished communities by establishing learning facilities for the underprivileged in marginalised communities around the world.
