Piety Group's first development was in 2012, which comprised of 104 apartments with a project value of $30 million.
Confident in our ability to deliver quality residential projects, Piety Group then commenced its next project in Lane Cove, with a value of $225 million. In these and earlier projects, the Group had outsourced the construction component, however management soon realised there would be significant benefits in establishing its own building and construction arm, particularly in light of forecasted growth. This would enable greater control on quality and delivering the end product promised to our customers and allows greater flexibility as market dynamics changed.
This led to the establishment of Piety Constructions in 2016, which now executes all of the Group’s projects in addition to carrying out construction delivery for other stakeholders.
