Over the past decade, Piety has evolved to become one of Australia’s most forward-thinking specialists in the delivery of crafted places and communities.


With an investment, development, construction, sales and marketing division, the Group is now a fully integrated property company. Piety Group’s first development was in Waitara in 2012, comprising 102 apartments with the investment value of $35 million, completing in 2014.  Confident in its ability to deliver quality residential projects, the Group then commenced its next project in Lane Cove, a 235-apartment development with a project value of $225 million.

We are constantly looking at ways to add value in what we deliver – such as Bay Pavillion’s pioneering ‘All Season Living’ which delivered 10-20% extra functional living space and one of Australia’s largest GoGet SuperPods at Imperial Hurstville.




Using the notion of a Complete Solution across all aspects of our business, Piety offers a comprehensive approach that ensures collaborative success.


The collaboration and knowledge sharing between Piety’s business divisions have been key drivers of our success and growth. Our Sales and Marketing division provide feedback to our construction division on what customers expectations and needs are, who in turn provide information to our development arm when they are sourcing new sites. Our investment vehicle provides the capital and has a strong understanding of our investors’ target returns and risk appetite, which in turn communicates this to our development arm when they are assessing the economic feasibility of a new project.

Investment & Funding

Established in 2012, our Investments division specialises in structuring and managing investment funds across Australian residential and commercial developments. It is a cornerstone investor alongside external parties ensuring alignment of interests, an approach which has seen funds under management grow to over $500 million in its seven-year history, providing exceptional returns to investors.


With unique market insights and established relationships, the team has recognised its ability to add value in the front-end analysis of projects, through the planning and build process. Our capacity to develop both in our own right and in partnerships whilst integrating our internal sales, management and construction teams, continues to prove our agility to adapt to the market and ensures a project centric approach.


Since 2016, Piety Construction has completed over $450 million of projects for the Piety Group and continues to grow. Having established itself as a superior construction company that can meet the needs of the industry within timelines. it is now a sought-after division of the Piety Group by external stakeholders.

Client Relationships

One of our most fundamental business lines, the Client Relationships arm of the business is where it all comes together. Our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction is seen in the dedication of the customer care representatives of the business. The teams focus and main goal is for purchasers to talk about their experience in their new apartment in a positive light.

Sales & Marketing

Our team work to understand how people wish to live today and ensure we capture these elements into our designs. Working hand in hand with our design and construction divisions, we provide feedback from buyers and residents to ensure Piety communities are created inline with buyer expectations – intelligent layouts, quality inclusions and detailing, great natural light, alfresco areas, gardens and entertainment areas.
