Project design and execution

Our strategic focus to date has been on the middle ring suburbs of Sydney where we have responded to the market and demographic and delivered our ‘Piety Life’ approach to apartment living. Our core offering of intelligent layouts, quality inclusions and detailing, great natural light, alfresco areas, gardens and entertainment areas is for singles, couples, families, first home buyers and investor alike.

We learn and improve from each successive project, actively seeking feedback from buyers and agents, taking design cues on how people want to live. We carefully consider each environment in which we are building, the choice of materials for longevity, and the project composition based on market demand.

Our projects contain unique and desirable features for residents. At Bays Pavilion, Lane Cove, we introduced the ‘All Season Living’ area to some of our apartments increasing the useability of the alfresco space. At Imperial Hurstville, on the back of the success at Bays Pavilion, we added the ‘All Season Living’ areas adding an additional 10% - 20% living area to all apartments.

We also included one of Australia’s largest GoGet SuperPods. With the Imperial’s proximity to amenities and transport reducing the residents requirement for a permanent vehicle, GoGet provides on hand convenience.

Wentworth Point is the ultimate family living offering, with a 5,000 square metre entertainment park inclusive of a playground and barbeque areas. It also offers a rooftop cinema, a theatre, fitness centre, and ‘Club One’ – a private kitchen and entertainment area including indoor theatre, billiard table, dining room and more in one big function space. All south facing units also received ‘All Season Living’ spaces.

With View at Rockdale, the development arm worked tirelessly with design consultants to overcome some environmental constraints. The outcome was a soaring central breezeway that is not only functional but beautiful letting light and air flow through the common walkways.

Strategic Partnerships

The Group’s increasing track record of providing well executed and award-winning projects has led to strategic partnerships which have further enhanced its ability to realise its ambitions.

One of our key partnerships is with international entity TH Properties, a Malaysian based integrated property, project development, and asset and facilities management group. TH Properties’ flagship project in Malaysia in Bandar Enstek delivered over 1,700 homes on a 5,000-acre site close to Kuala Lumpur International Airport.

In 2012, the Group established a formal joint venture with TH Properties, known as PietyTHP. Commencing with the first project, Orient, Waitara, the joint venture has grown considerably in scale and now includes in its portfolio the development of One Wentworth Point, Bay Pavilions Lane Cove, and Imperial Hurstville among others
