BEYOND Hurstville Milestone

When reality matches the render

We have reached another construction milestone with our ‘Garden’ building’s sweeping façade now visible for appreciation.

Construction of BEYOND’s sculptural towers, varying in height from 11 to 20 levels and comprising of 563 apartments, is progressing steadily with the Western scaffolding removed to reveal its sweeping and sensuous curves. Within seven days, 1,559m³ of concrete was poured across the project, from beams in Building A to slabs on ground and basement columns in Building C and Building D, as well as the latter’s boundary wall.

BEYOND Hurstville’s curvaceous masonry with gently undulating façade including distinctive horizontal bands is reminiscent of the Guggenheim in New York. The development’s organic blends naturally with its surrounds, connecting with the green space of neighbouring parkland, and creating an activated atmosphere from morning to night.

This development reflects an edgy, eclectic aesthetic often associated with upmarket developments in hip inner-city suburbs.
