Partnerships

At Piety we view delivery of each and every construction project as a partnership.

Far from simply benefiting from the proven experience and quality of our Construction division, Piety’s clients gain a partner aligned with their goals. We bring to the table finance, co-development, marketing and sales, providing a wholistic offering which takes away the stress and extra workload meaning our clients can focus more of their valuable time on their business.

A core commitment of the Piety Group is giving back to our community. We have partnered with Bear Cottage, a special place dedicated to caring for children with life-limiting conditions and their families. Located on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, the Cottage cares for children from NSW and across Australia.

In addition to running holiday gift wrapping initiatives in partnership with the Cottage, Piety Group carried out a 12-month restoration plan of their external buildings, communal areas, landscaping and providing new outdoor furniture for the families to enjoy for many years to come.

ACWA is a group of dedicated and hard-working women, selflessly sacrificing their time to make sure that overwhelmed and aging parents get respite from their caring roles.

When ACWA approached Piety Group for assistance, we were delighted because we understand the enormity of caring for someone with a disability. ACWA has been supporting families in their caring role since 2007, In a modest cottage that was too small to cater for the growing needs of the community they served, they realised that in order to continue to provide quality care, they needed to expand and rebuild a purposely designed resource centre that would cater the specific needs of those who had an intellectual and physical disability. Piety Group assisted with the funding for this centre which is now completed and operational.

My Homes Disability Services provides unique and varied opportunities to those with disability so that they can participate in their community and feel valued. Prior to the establishment of MHDS, females with an intellectual disability were isolated, sheltered and hidden from public.

With Piety Group on board as principal sponsor and developer, and fuelled by a determination to give back, we procured critical funding of approximately $300,000, and also organised a fundraiser dinner to gather the shortfall needed for this project. In conjunction with the help of ACWA, and the builders, Alliance Project Group, this ensured awareness was raised and resulted in many subcontractors contributing their valuable time and resources to rebuild the MHDS Resource Centre in Birrong, NSW to meet modern day needs.
