Established in 2012, our Investments division specialises in structuring and managing investment funds across Australian residential and commercial developments.
It is a cornerstone investor alongside external parties ensuring alignment of interests, an approach which has seen funds under management grow to over $500 million in its seven-year history, providing exceptional returns to investors. The division has established a variety of investment funds, including a Shariah compliant fund that has consistently delivered returns in excess of 15% p.a.
With unique market insights and established relationships, the team has established its ability to add value in the front-end analysis of projects, through the planning and build process. Our capacity to develop both in our own right and in partnerships whilst integrating our internal sales, management and construction teams, continues to prove our agility to adapt to the market and ensures a project centric approach.
The development team tracks the lifecycle of each projects ensuring execution with certainty, from conception through to completion. With deep industry knowledge, rigorous systems and best-practice procedures our expert team provides comprehensive management solutions—from initial assessments and advice right through to final delivery. This expertise within the team results in optimised solutions to hand to our construction team.
Established in 2017, the construction division is a large-scale residential construction company, dedicated to providing high quality construction, expertise in attention to detail and an aggressive commitment to safety and compliance. Since inception, it has completed over $450 million of projects for the Piety Group and continues to grow. Having established itself as a superior construction company that can meet the needs of the industry within timelines. it is now a sought-after division of the Piety Group by external stakeholders.
Piety Construct’s commitment to quality is ensured by a separate Quality and Maintenance Team. This asset management team operates independently to the construction team and monitors quality during construction. Once the building is completed, our post construction regime commences, ensuring that our residents experience first class service for any maintenance matters. Our team is made up of the best in the industry, as reflected in our numerous awards.
Asset Management and Customer Care
One of our most fundamental business lines, the Asset Management and Customer Care arm of the business is where it all comes together. The goal of the team is to report, register, track, rectify and close out any defect or maintenance issues. The team liaises across all departments to ensure we do this in an efficient and timely manner.

Our newest addition to the Piety Group, Piety Home Loans was established in the aftermath of the Hayne Royal Commission with banks changing lending criteria. The division develops innovative lending product offerings for foreign buyers, self-managed super funds, investors and first home buyers.
Collaboration and success of the Group
The collaboration and knowledge sharing between these business divisions have been key drivers of our success and growth. Our Sales and Marketing division provide feedback to our construction division on what customers expectations and needs are, who in turn provide information to our development arm when they are sourcing new sites.
Our investment vehicle provides the capital and has a strong understanding of our investors’ target returns and risk appetite, which in turn communicates this to our development arm when they are assessing the economic feasibility of a new project.
